    • What we do?

      We like to compare what people say they do with what they actually do, feel and aspirate.

      By doing imersive research in people's homes, places of work or entertainment we are able to identificate lifestyle, activities and behaviors, and to reveal their underlying goals, unspoken values and latent needs.

      By semiotic analysis we also adapt product/services to the specificities of geographical and cultural contexts.

    • Why User Research?

      Research studies are indispensable when you want to understand users better: to learn the different ways they're using a product or service, the problems they encounter, or what features would be useful to them in the future.

      The business benefits include closer ties with the target audience, practical design suggestions and strategic guidelines for future products.

    • How we do it?

      Exploratory, Immersive and observational data collection.

      In-depth and interpretative analysis.

      Research results translation into actionable design decisions, strategies for innovation or communication.

      Collaborative ideation and innovation workshops with clients.

    • Where?

      We are based in São Paulo, Brazil, and work nationwide.

      Each project is unique, and so we adapt our design team with a professional network from the fields of anthropology, psychology, semiotics or sociology, depending on the project matter.

      We also have access to reliable sources on recruitment and facility services in the main cities.
